Creating content gives us space to explore our thoughts and feelings, allowing us to express ourselves in fun and creative ways. By being candid about what’s going on in our mind, we can even end up understanding ourselves a little better.
Similarly, when we find a piece of content that resonates with us, we can sometimes feel a sense of relief knowing that we’re not alone in our experience. For some, this can be so profound that they may start to see the light at the end of the tunnel.
